About Us

We are a wonderful, fun lovin’, group of trans, gender diverse – expansive adults and youth who warmly welcome you and offer opportunities and resources for the gender non-conforming, the people who support us, and persons who want to learn more.

Bay Area Trans Youth Alliance (BATYA)

In 2021 we organized a get together for families with trans youth. Their energy and concern and support of educators and counseling professionals in the community led to the creation of BATYA. It offers a monthly Meet & Greet Drop In opportunity for youth and other opportunities for trans youth, their families, friends and allies.

Trans Artists Collaborative (TAC)

Part of our mission is advocacy for, and education about, trans people. Art provides a unique way to open people’s minds and hearts to the joys and challenges of being trans.

10-18-2023:

Since 2019, 'Our Voices' has collected 40+ interviews and memorabilia on Northeastern Wisconsin's LGBTQ+ history, leading to a collaboration with Neville Public Museum for a 2024 exhibit. Seeking loans of wedding, advocacy, LGBTQ+ organization, pride, bar memorabilia, & personal writings. All items will be securely displayed with care. If willing to contribute, please contact by end of October. Kindly spread the word!
