Tapping Therapy

What is it and why do experts say it helps improve mental health?

It's also known as Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and the practice combines acupressure with talk therapy — and some studies suggest the "do-it-yourself" practice can ease stress, anxiety, phobias, and PTSD.
