Summer Fun for Everyone

August 3rd at Bay Beach Shelter #3 -- let's gather as one community, all ages! A big welcome to Trans Adults+ & Trans Youth+, families, friends, and allies, too.

Please RSVP so that we have enough free hamburgers, brats, and hot dogs for everyone. Plates, napkins, and utensils will be provided.

Please RSVP for free ride tickets as well as chances to win door prizes.

9:00 – help to decorate shelter #3

11:00 – help check in those preregistered

12:00 – help serving food

1:00 – we need donated door prizes – if you know a business who would be willing to donate

– please ask and let us know.

1:30 – we need cornhole games - if you have one you can lend us let us know

1:30 – we need people to help with cornhole tournament

4:00 – we need help to clean up and pack up
