March 13 will mark the 3rd anniversary of the BACGD / BATYA Trans Youth Monthly Drop-In event! Each month, on the 2nd Thursday, the Bay Area Trans Youth Alliance, (grades 7 thru 12) as sponsored by BACGD, gathers 6:30-8:00 pm in the meeting room at Dave And Buster's in Bay Park Mall in Green Bay.
Over the course of these past three years, BATYA has connected with approximately 150 trans youth from throughout our area.
In addition to the monthly Drop-In, the young people assist in planning and hosting an annual Holiday Party at Titletown, the Glamour and Glitz Prom, and a summer picnic held at Bay Beach.
BATYA is very grateful to Dave & Buster's for their ongoing sponsorship as well as a long list of supporters and volunteers working together with the young people towards making these events possible.
